• Each and every item delivered by Uptot has a different lead-time. By lead-time, we mean the time an item takes to get dispatched. Please don’t mistake it for the time an item takes to get shipped and delivered.
  • As soon as your order is confirmed, the previous owner will start packing the item with a lot of love. Love because after all, the previous owner’s a parent just like you :)
  • In case your order is a large item, the seller would have to find the appropriate packing material. It’ll be great if you can be patient.
  • For metros, the shipping time is generally 5-7 working days. For other destinations, 7-10 working days (excluding holidays and weekends)
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details
  • Please note that Uptot can't be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, festivals, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond its control.
  • P.S.- Since the items are pre-owned, the seller will take a few days to pack.


  • Once a sale is made, it’s final. We have a strict no-return policy
  • We request you to check the condition of the product. If you have any questions, feel free to raise them immediately within 24 hours.
  • As the products are pre-loved, despite our strict verification processes, you should expect some amount of wear and tear
  • In case there are undisclosed damages, follow the guidelines mentioned below:

  • Kindly raise your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product (return claims after 24 hours will not be accepted). Kindly send us an email on with the relevant videos and images. Our team will review your complaint and get back as soon as possible
  • We usually respond within 24 hours’ time
  • In case of a refund confirmation, the item needs to be packed within 5 days. We would require images of the packaging for logistical ease and coordination

    Kindly make sure:
    1. The original packaging is intact
    2. The product remains unused
    3. You ship the product back to us so that we can inspect it
  • Once the item has been returned to the seller, your refund will be processed via your original mode of payment. This may take 5-7 days’ time.
  • Two criterias required for processing a refund:

  • The return package must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the refund email confirmation
  • The original packaging must be intact


  • Once the order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled in the interim.
